Weddings are huge. They represent so much in our lives and in the lives of our loved ones. Photography is one of the most important investments you will make and it is important to connect with a photographer whose style speaks to you. Based in Worcester, MA, I provide documentary wedding photography throughout New England, including Boston, Providence, and Cape Cod.

You should also like your photographer. Seriously. You spend a ton of time with your photographer, so quality of work shouldn’t be the only consideration. If you are looking for a wedding photographer who has their personality cranked up to 11 and who will dance with you at your reception then I am not your guy - if I see someone look like they are even thinking about pulling me onto the dance floor I will be photographing the other side of the room. I get along with pretty much everybody and my sense of humor slides into sarcasm pretty quickly. I offer guidance when a great portrait presents itself and I will rack up miles at every wedding looking for the right angle and lighting, but I am not an in-your-face photographer. I am adaptable and prepared to capture your wedding as a narrative. It is a point of pride that most of my engagement and wedding clients eventually become family portrait clients.
Documentary Wedding Photography
My background as a working, internationally published photojournalist and street photographer gives me a strong documentary style that allows me to tell your wedding story with authenticity. The big moments- the I do’s, kisses, and first dances, are musts, of course, but there is so much more that flies under the radar. I want you to see how your love impacts your guests- grandparents with big smiles, the look in your parent’s eyes as you take that first step onto the dance floor, and every other interaction that only happens at a wedding. It is in candid moments that I thrive.

As a Worcester-based wedding photographer, I’ve been documenting love stories across New England for over ten years. I am also available for elopements and destination weddings. I’ve shot weddings in both Ireland and South Korea. I tell the love stories of all faiths, orientations, and identities. Whether you are saying “I do” at the Manchester Inn in Manchester, VT, the Boston Harbor Hotel in Boston, or Worcester City Hall, I’d love to tell the story.
